All donations can be dropped off at our office in the Montgomery Park building.

Dairy Unflavored skim, 1% or 2% shelf stable milk
Protein Dense Canned meat and fish (especially tuna!)
Nuts (unsalted)
Packaged dried beans
Canned beans (vegetarian, low fat, low sodium)
Peanut butter and almond butter (100% nut butter)
Sunflower or pumpkin seeds
Fruits Canned fruit (in light syrup or fruit juice)
Fruit cups (100% fruit)

Juices 100% fruit juice with no sugar added (shelf stable juice boxes preferred)
100% vegetable (low sodium)

Breads & Grains Plain rolled oats and plain oatmeal packets

Whole wheat or plain pasta
Whole grain rice
Quinoa and other non-gluten whole grains

Meals & Mixes Canned or boxed soup (low sodium)
